This is old Variscite from the Turner Mine. It's darker than most of the Variscite found today and is a more rare variety. This projectile cut cabochon has a large area of matrix at the bottom. There is also a fracture at the top of the cab, but it's stable. Dimensions: 32mm x 19mm x 6mm. Weight: 22.80 carats. |
