I don't know what this stuff is! The slab looked like the inside of a purplish petit four. Kind of soft, but it took a satiny polish. (Note: if you don't know what a petit four is, grab the nearest Fiji's catalog and buy a big box of them...yum!) This one has a large pale band diagonally across it, with a healed fracture that bisects this pretty cabochon. Very nice! Dimensions: 40mm x 24mm x 8.5mm. Weight: 68.85 carats. |
