I may have the identification of this cab wrong; it looks like a pale Willow Creek Jasper sample to me. I thought I'd try an unusual shape to highlight the unique patterns in the slab, and I think it came out rather nice! There is a small chip on the back of the cab very close to the top; you can't see it from the front, and it's not going to fracture, but I thought you'd like to know about it. 31.5m x 25.5mm x 7.5mm; cab has a flat girdle. Weight: 42.15 carats. Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned.
