I may have the identification of this cab wrong; it looks like a pale Willow Creek Jasper sample to me. I thought I'd try an unusual shape to highlight the unique patterns in the slab, and I think it came out rather nice! There is a small chip on the back of the cab very close to the top; you can't see it from the front, and it's not going to fracture, but I thought you'd like to know about it.

31.5m x 25.5mm x 7.5mm; cab has a flat girdle.   Weight: 42.15 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
