I forget the origin of this Turquoise cabochon. I've never seen it look like this. There were a couple of quartz-y areas much harder than the Turquoise; one remains at the left edge (you can just see it form the front).

34.5mm x 18mm x 6m.   Weight: 24.65 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
