Here's a nice freeform Sodalite cabochon with streaks of Calcite. It is a darker blue than it appears in the photo. The grayish streak in the vertical line of Calcite appears to be matrix; it is stable, however, and should not rub or chip off.

30mm x 21mm x 6mm.   Weight: 24.20 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
