This thin slice of (I think) Plume Agate was the result of much grinding, trying to get down past some really nasty looking matrix. I was trying to demonstrate to my students at William Holland that (almost) any piece of material can be RESCUED!

37mm x 22mm x 2.5mm.   Weight: 14.50 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
