Pretty cabochon, bad photo. This Polkadot Jasper cabochon was cut during a recent class demonstration. The dots are indeed fuzzy. The matrix color changes from white on the right side to cloudy on the left. The cabochon has a nice polish and would look very nice in a border-wrapped pendant with gold-filled wire (if anyone can still afford that stuff).

39.5mm x 30mm x 7mm.   Weight: 61.70 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
