This Picture Jasper cabochon has a big tree growing right in the middle! There is some matrix at the very bottom of this projectile cut cab; I thought it looked like dirt, so I left it there (it'll let the water get to the roots of the tree). The line towards the base of the "trunk" is a small surface fracture (stable).

40mm x 26mm x 6.5mm.   Weight: 48.80 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
