Malachite

Here's an extreme-cut cabochon from choice Malachite from (the) Congo. Orientation to me looks more interesting "pointed down," although turn it 90 degrees one way and you get an ear, 90 degrees the other way for Jimmy Durante's nose. Unusual and unique.

34mm x 27mm x 5mm.   Weight: 46.00 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
