You either love this Lace Agate cabochon or you hate it. I love it! It has pretty, bold lace at upper right and matrix at lower left. The reason some may hate it, is the matrix. I think it provides a cool contrast and pumps up this egg-shaped cab's temperature. There are no vugs in this cab. Upon inspection, you will see the matrix is softer than the rest of the cab, with a bit less of a shine. I still love it...
