Lace Agate

This little red Lace Agate teardrop looks like a white tunnel dug into a red mountain. Nice red banded areas and lots of shine. There are a couple of stable but visible fractures (you can see them because there is still a trace of polish visible). The vertical lines through the bands near the bottom look like tiny scratches from this angle, but they are not; they are internal and part of the rock.

31mm x 23mm x 6.5mm.   Weight: 33.40 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
