Dryhead Agate

My description of this cab as Dryhead Agate may not be accurate, but that's what it looks like to me. Sort of orange-y coloring, with bands traversing diagonally through the cross-section. You can see through portions of the large orange band at the right of the cab. It also has several red blotches (one is at the lower left of the lower light reflection) that look almost like paint splatters.

42mm x 16mm x 7mm.   Weight: 35.15 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
