Butterfly Wing Jasper Cabochon

This photograph of a Butterfly Wing Jasper cabochon shows it a bit darker than it is in person. The white areas along the right side are a tad softer than the rest of the cab, and you can feel a slight roughness there with a fingernail.

50mm x 18mm x 6mm.   Weight: 38.05 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
