I'm pretty sure this is Alabama Paint Rock; it was an unfinished cabochon from an old collection. More uniformly red than most I've seen. Really nice! 26mm x 18mm x 5mm; cab has a flat girdle. Weight: 17.30 carats. Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned.
