Pretty Blue Stone

Wish I knew what this rock was! It's very pretty, sorta soft but took a nice polish. I'm going to call it P.B.S. (Pretty Blue Stone) until I find out what it is.

Dimensions: 31.5mm x 16.5mm x 5.5mm.  Weight: 22.05 carats.
