Domestic Customers: I ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail, with insurance. Shipping costs, including insurance, to US customers is based on the total cost of your purchase, as follows:

I'll get your order right off to you! Please understand that due to the "speed" of snail-mail, the cabochon(s) you order may have already been sold. At the present time, overseas customers can ONLY use PayPal for purchasing at Bitter Brook!
My Guarantee: I promise to accurately describe each cabochon's physical condition. If I repair or stabilize a fracture, I WILL SAY SO. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) as long as the cab is returned in its sold condition. I WILL ALSO ACCEPT RETURNS OF CABOCHONS WHICH BREAK ALONG FRACTURES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. I will consider taking returns on cabochons which break along fractures which I have stabilized for longer periods; please e-mail me if you have a problem.
Mailing Insurance: I insure all shipments against loss & damage. If you do not want to pay for insurance and are willing to accept the liability in case of loss or damage in shipment, please send me an e-mail as soon as possible after placing your order; I will adjust your PayPal account immediately and ship your purchase without insurance (not recommended). Insurance is not available to overseas customers when Priority Mail International shipping is used; please contact me if you want to insure your purchase.
