Buying cabs at Bitter Brook Cabochons is real easy, especially if you shop with a credit card!
Shopping Cart (US buyers only): To buy my cabochons, just make your selection and you'll be taken right to my secure Shopping Cart, where you can complete your purchase through PayPal using your credit card. Or you can shop using your PayPal funds, too! It's a good idea to contact me and tell me after you order; sometimes PayPal forgets to tell me when a customer makes a purchase and I end up shipping late.
Domestic Customers: I ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail, with insurance. Shipping costs, including insurance, to US customers is based on the total cost of your purchase, as follows:

No PayPal account? I will accept money orders and bank checks also for US buyers. Please print the form here, fill it out and send it to the address indicated on the form with your payment, including shipping (shipping will be slightly more expensive as there will be no PayPal shipping discount). I'll get your order right off to you! Please understand that due to the "speed" of snail-mail, the cabochon(s) you order may have already been sold. At the present time, overseas customers can ONLY use PayPal for purchasing at Bitter Brook!
My Guarantee: I promise to accurately describe each cabochon's physical condition. If I repair or stabilize a fracture, I WILL SAY SO. I do not generally polish the backs of my cabochons unless they are very clear and an unpolished back is visible from the front. If there are visible saw marks on the back, I will say so. IF A POLISHED BACK IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU BUY to be sure the cabochon you want will be satisfactory! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) as long as the cab is returned in its sold condition. I will also accept returns of cabochons which break along fractures within seven days of receipt.
Mailing Insurance: I insure all domestic shipments against loss & damage. If you do not want to pay for insurance and are willing to accept the liability in case of loss or damage in shipment, please send me an e-mail as soon as possible after placing your order; I will adjust your PayPal account immediately and ship your purchase without insurance (not recommended). Insurance is not available to overseas customers when Priority Mail International shipping is used; please contact me if you want to insure your purchase.
