This BIG Mahogany Obsidian designer cabochon is cut in a most-extreme projectile shape with chocolate layers across predominantly the right side. They are actually a bit lighter than they appear in the photo. The left one-third of the cab is translucent black; if you turn the cabochon you can see through individual layers of color. There are several small light specks in the rock, and a faint cloudy area about one third up from the bottom which is difficult to see. A very cool cabochon!

63mm x 24mm x 7mm.   Weight: 69.70 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
