Agatized Wood

This Agatized Wood is an interesting specimen. There's an eons-old destruction across its center, filled with almost-clear agate. There are a few small places across the center which are softer than the surrounding material and very slightly undercut. Smooth as glass otherwise. A very nice cabochon!

39mm x 28mm x 6mm.  Weight: 48.10 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
