Plume Agate

I recently got my hands into some fine quality Plume Agate, and this one is a stellar example! Feathery plumes right in the center of this teardrop look like they're floating underwater (look at the second image and you'll see what I mean). Absolutely incredible cabochon!

40mm x 25mm x 6mm.  Weight: 42.95 carats.

Every one of my cabochons is custom cut to take the best advantage of the particular slab from which it is fashioned. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
